We started "BURGERIJA by MILKMAN" with the intention of making the best gourmet burgers in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
The PREMIUM HALAL meat that we use has never been frozen and is carefully selected piece by piece. We process the selected meat into super flavorful burgers that contain no additives, chemicals
or other supplements, and we make them in Rational ovens using the Oil Free method.
The buns we use for burgers are a product from our kitchen, home-made, and are made according to a special recipe. With burgers made this way, we want to provide you with gourmet satisfaction
whenever you come to us or when you order our burgers through delivery. We will also try to make new burgers with your help and suggestions.
You can choose the size of the burger as well as the side dishes , which are not highlighted in the menu, depending on how hungry you are or in the mood to eat.
We are a small BURGERIJA that deals with big things. We don't serve fast food, we serve fresh food.

What is Rational oven?
A Rational oven is a hot-air steamer that can use several different cooking methods. This includes overnight cooking, grilling, frying and roasting. The steam injection system ensures that food remains moist and juicy on the inside while becoming crisp and golden on the outside.
Oil free?
It combines convection and steam to cook food evenly and perfectly every time. The convection heat circulates the food, while the steam ensures that it cooks evenly from the inside out. This results in perfectly cooked food with no dry spots or overcooked edges.
